To submit a warranty claim:


  1. Repair the machine and complete this Warranty Claim Request.
  2. Photos or video of the issue can be submitted via email to
  3. Some replaced parts may need to be returned to Pioneer Eclipse in order to complete processing of the Warranty Claim. You will be advised if any parts need to be returned.
  4. Your account will be credited after any required parts are returned.


NOTE: Many chemical or equipment problems can be solved by calling APEC Technical Support at 336-872-8080 Ext. 2.
