Neale has been with Pioneer Eclipse since 2016, originally as Regional Sales Manager Eastern Canada and promoted to Director of Canada Sales in 2018.

Neale is a graduate of Sheridan College with 10 years experience in the floor care and JanSan industry, and a combined 18 years of sales and management experience. “Neale has been a terrific asset in Canada and the United States” stated Pat Marshall, Vice-President of North America Sales. “It has been an excellent opportunity for both Neale and Pioneer Eclipse to develop his expertise and advance him into this new role.” Neale will provide oversight on all North American Regional Account Managers and Manufacturer Representative firms.
